Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms, plus a little basic technical info:

Reservations: your name, email, phone (optional), state, pickup choice, any notes, the items you reserved, and your two eligibility confirmations (18+ and not prohibited).
Free drawing: your name, email, phone (optional), ZIP code, which drawing you entered, and whether you agreed to hear from us.
Team and group quotes: your organization, contact name, email, phone, and what you need.
Email list: your email address, your name if you give it, and where you signed up.
Show QR codes: when you scan our code at a show, we record which show it was, what you tapped (for example, "save contact"), and your browser type. We don't record who you are.

We never collect card numbers or bank details on this website. You pay in person at pickup.

Your cart and cookies

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers, until you reserve. Clearing your browser data empties it. We don't use advertising cookies or sell ad tracking. If we ever add basic, privacy-friendly visitor stats, we'll update this page.

How we use it

To hold, confirm and hand over your reservation, and to contact you about it.
To run the free drawing, contact the winner and, with the winner's consent under the official rules, announce them.
To answer quote requests and questions.
To send news and show dates, but only if you signed up or opted in. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
To keep records the law requires, and to prevent fraud or sales to people who can't legally buy armor.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and sale records as long as we need them for the business, taxes and the law. Drawing entries are kept until the drawing is done and the prize is claimed, unless you opted in to hear from us. Email list entries stay until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information at any time. Email bruceballistics@gmail.com. We'll do it unless we have to keep a record by law. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Security

Your information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with a hosted database provider. Access is limited to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we only collect what we need, which keeps the risk small.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't sell to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be noted on the site.
